Based on the summer thermal comfort and light sense experiment of an office in Beijing, studies the quantitative influence of real-time feedback of indoor environmental parameters on the occupants subjective evaluation of thermal and optical environment. Designs three kinds of thermal environment conditions and two kinds of optical environment conditions in the experiment. When each operation condition is stable, provides occupants the feedback information including indoor environmental parameters, standard interval and corresponding building energy consumption, and studies the change of their subjective evaluation. The experimental results show that after the occupants obtain real-time indoor environment parameters, their subjective evaluation of indoor thermal environment and optical environment changes significantly. Considering the information feedback of the building thermal environment can improve the thermal comfort level and satisfaction of occupants to a certain extent, and the proportions of people with moderate thermal feeling under neutral and thermal conditions increase by 23.3% and 40.0%, respectively. For the optical environment, information feedback is beneficial to improve the evaluation of occupants satisfaction under strong lighting conditions, and the proportion of people who are very satisfied with the optical environment increases by 10.0%. Based on the experimental results, proposes an environmental control strategy to improve indoor environmental satisfaction and energy saving under different thermal and optical environments, combined with real-time feedback information and group decision-making.
